*Free accommodation pick-up available in the Hakuba Village area only. We cannot provide pick-up for Tsugaike, Cortina, Otari Village, Omachi, Kamishiro and some parts of Iwatake & Goryu (more than 20 mins drive from Lion Cafe). Please contact us to check availability if unsure.
*If outside of our pick-up area, please arrange with us an alternative pick-up location – please arrive approx. 30 mins before the departure time.

■Tandem Ride (2 adults): ￥24,000 (2 people)
■Tandem Ride (1 adult + 1 child (people over 120cm)): ￥20,000 (2 people)

*Tandem rides with one of our guides (1 adult/child + guide) is also possible. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
*Split payments are possible, but we cannot split the payment of 1 tandem between 2 people as prices are per machine. 

Single Ride: Has to be 16 years old and up
Tandem Ride (double): Has to be 6 years old and up to be a passenger.

■Ski / Snowboard jackets and pants/snow boots (waterproof preferred), gloves, and goggles (sunglasses are also fine when the weather is good)

■Rental gears are available, if you do not carry those items above please do not hesitate to give us a request when you make a booking.

■High-heels, and sandals are not acceptable.

■Keep your keys, cell phone, wallet, etc.(anything you don’t want to lose) safe all the time. We are not responsible for any stolen or damaged items during the tour.
Please, keep in mind that it is almost impossible to find those items in the snow. We might find them in spring, after the snow melts!

■The tour may be canceled in the event of bad weather (lack of snow, etc.)

■Tours may be canceled in the event of blizzards, heavy snow, fog, heavy rain, or other conditions that may cause serious risks to the tour.

■Fees include snowmobile, helmet, and lesson.

■The maximum weight for tandem rides is 150 kg in total.

■Normal tour speed is about 30km/h.
*Depends on the skill of the driver but the priority is customers’ safety.

■There are no restrooms, emergency hut, or place to rest at the venue. For safety reasons, those who are not joining the tour cannot wait at the venue.

■This is a group tour, and you may participate together with other guests. If you would like a private tour, we can arrange it for a separate fee of 50,000 yen.
