*Children over 12 years of age may attend without adult supervision.

*Children 12 years of age and younger must have adult supervision.

*All infants and pets must be accompanied by a capable adult.

Please wear warm, comfortable clothing that can also get a little dirty. Please do not wear high-heeled shoes for your own safety.

*The mornings can be cold, so we recommend bringing a jacket/hoodie.

*Cinders and soot may fall from the burner onto clothing.

*Tours will not take place if there are bad weather conditions on the day (e.g. rain, snow, or wind stronger than 3 meters/sec (approx. 10 kph or 6 mph)). Tours also may stop suddenly if the weather worsens on the day.

*This also includes if the weather worsens mid-flight.

*Infants and pets MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

*Customers riding with their dogs may need to wait longer than the scheduled reservation time.

*Reservations for the hot-air balloon ride can be made up to 5:00pm on the day before the scheduled tour date. Reservations made after 5:00pm and same-day reservations cannot be accepted.

*The designated tour time is the time of the flight. Please arrive at the meeting location and be ready at least 10 mins before the scheduled time.
