A minimum of 4 participants are needed for tours to operate.
We will accept multiple reservations per tour (no minimum limit to number of people per reservation). 

・Hakuba can get cold at night so please bring a long-sleeved top, jacket or hoodie.

・Please bring your own towels, swimsuits and change of clothes.

・Please wear shoes that can get wet or sports sandals.

・Please wear contact lenses or have your glasses well secured (string recommended) as we do not offer compensation for lost items.

・Price includes paddle and life jacket rental.

・The tours will still run under rainy weather, except during typhoons, thunderstorms or increased water levels.

・Please make sure to have your insurance card with you in case of an emergency.

・We cannot guarantee that you won’t get wet during the tour. Please ensure you bring spare clothes/shoes etc. or contact us prior to the tour to check what items you may need to bring

・If wishing to be picked up from Hakuba: pick-up times are approximate. Please contact us before 6pm on the day of the tour to confirm pick-up time and location.
